- Proof of Ownership (official link, label proof, registration, etc.)
- Exact URL(s) of infringing material
- Work Title / Artist / Album info
- Good-Faith Statement
- Accuracy Statement
- Electronic Signature (जैसे /Your Name/)

3) DMCA Notice Email Template

4) Counter-Notice (if applicable)
अगर आपको लगता है कि आपका content गलत तरीके से remove हुआ है, तो आप Counter-Notice भेज सकते हैं। इसमें:
- Full Name, Address, Email, Phone
- Removed content का detail और original URL
- Good-faith statement कि content गलती से हटाया गया
- Consent to jurisdiction (India courts)
- Electronic Signature (/Your Name/)
